Hello, I am Gerardo, a real estate broker specializing in commercial properties and an associate of ASPAI. I am also a lawyer—a graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru—specializing in advising on commercial, securities, corporate, and tax law matters.

I became a Ministry of Housing-accredited broker in December 2009. In March 2021, I completed a Commercial Real Estate Certification Program to better assist my clients in successfully closing deals involving the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial properties, such as offices, retail spaces, and land for development projects.

Over the past nine years, I have gained extensive experience in successful real estate transactions—particularly in the commercial sector—working with top-tier clients such as Grupo Centenario, Macquarie, Manova Partners, Tucán Olguín, Swiss Rents, Farenet, Las Tinajas, Tiendas Mass, Restaurantes El Guarguero, and Locos por el Asado, among others.
