What does selling cost me – and how does your commission work?

Being transparent about money matters to me – with me there are no hidden costs.

My fee is a pure success-based commission: you only pay once your home is sold. If no sale happens, you owe no agent's fee. That means I share the risk – and I have exactly the same goal as you: the best possible price.

The commission covers every service from professional valuation, high-quality photography, listing brochure and marketing on the leading portals, through to viewings, negotiation and support all the way to the notarised sale. We discuss the exact percentage openly in our first conversation – based on the property and the work involved.

That way you know precisely what to expect from the very start.

Why should I sell with an agent rather than privately?

Selling privately looks cheaper at first – but for many owners it ends up costing more than it saves.

As your agent I bring three things that make the difference: the right price, real reach and strong negotiation. I know the prices actually achieved in your region, I reach far more qualified buyers through the leading portals and my network, and I lead the price negotiation objectively and in your interest – often that alone accounts for tens of thousands of francs.

On top of that, I take the entire workload off your hands – enquiries, viewings, documents, appointments – and make sure everything runs cleanly and correctly through to the notarised sale.

You work in several languages – how does that benefit me?
