Renting an apartment with Rudolfo’s help was very smooth and easy. Perfect level of English, efficient communication, useful tips.

Rudolpho was absolutely wonderful in helping me find my new apartment. We met and went over what I wanted, he listened and took notes, he showed me a bunch of apartments but none of them were the one for me so I revised what was important to me (I couldn't afford to have it all) and Rudolpho showed me a bunch more places until I found the apartment that I wanted. Once I found my apartment, Rudolpho immediately contacted the developer and did whatever it took to convince the developer to take the apartment off the market because I wanted the apartment, but it would take me a few days to get my affairs in order. A few days turned into 2-3 weeks, but Rudolpho was in constant contact with me to see how things were coming along and if I needed any help, and he was constantly reassuring the developer that I was serious, even going to see the developer in person to assure them.
Rudolpho always made himself available to me throughout the closing process, but Rudolpho's services didn't end there. As an American in a foreign country, Rudolpho offered to help me with anything that I needed from getting my utilities set up to finding a tennis club to, 9 months after closing, finding an accountant to do my taxes.
Rudolpho was diligent, available (or if he wasn't, he responded very quickly) and patient throughout the whole process. Rudolpho went above and beyond what was necessary BOTH to ensure that I got my apartment (despite delays on my end) and after the closing to make sure that I had everything that I needed for the apartment and otherwise.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rudolpho to anyone looking for a real estate agent that actually cares and does whatever is needed to get you the right apartment for you.
