Description of object:
This beautiful villa in Ibiza Style is located on the well-known La Finca Golf Resort, Algorfa. The villa offers three bedrooms, and two bathrooms has an internal build size of approximately 115 m² plus, and sits on raised plot of about 250 m².

As you walk through the main entrance you have a large open plan living area which can be laid out to your own taste and easily has room for both seating for dinner and a lounge area where you can relax in the evening, at the far end there is a curved wall with windows that open up and provide access out to the front terrace, while providing ample natural light. To the side you have an updated kitchen fitted with premium granite work surfaces that has lots of space for cooking as well as a small utility area for further storage and your prepwork or your washing machine. There is a door that provides access out and down to a lovely walled courtyard that has seating around the wall and is a great area to relax either in the afternoon for a chilled-out siesta, or in the evening with friends sharing a drink or two and for alfresco dining. Moving back inside the property and towards the stairs there is a family bathroom, followed by the first guest bedroom which has twin beds but is currently being used as a music room, then you have the second guest bedroom, which has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

Walking back to the stairs and going up to the first floor landing there is a door that provides access out to a large solarium, which is west facing and is a suntrap all afternoon, and if you stay there, you can watch a the  glorious sunset behind the hills in the distance. Moving back inside you then have the master bedroom, which is the largest of the bedrooms and has a walk-in wardrobe area and its own en-suite shower room, there are glass sliding doors that provide separate access out to the solarium. If you then take the stairs and walk down and out of the villa there is a wrap-around garden that needs a little work but is large enough to have your own private pool if you wanted, but it is only a short walk away from the excellent-sized communal pool, so the choice is yours!

Internally the villa is in exceptionally good decorative order; the interior was completely re-painted around four years ago.

This villa is just a short walk from all the local amenities, such as restaurants, shops, and bars and only a short 17-minute drive to the lovely beaches of Moncayor or Guardamar.
