Carlos Martin Ubaldo Duffó Albán

Carlos Duffó is a Peruvian real estate professional with extensive experience in both national and international markets, widely recognized for his leadership, ethical commitment, and contribution to the professionalization of the real estate industry in Latin America.

He currently serves as Vice President of the Peruvian Association of Real Estate Agents (ASPAI), where he promotes continuing education, institutional strengthening, and the adoption of international best practices among real estate professionals. In addition, he is a Member of the Ethics Tribunal of the Latin American Real Estate Confederation (CILA), actively contributing to the enforcement of ethical standards, transparency, and professional integrity across the region.
