Chris Barbles brings a unique blend of Texas hospitality and local Costa Rican savvy to the real estate market. Originally from Austin, Texas, Chris moved to Costa Rica in 2009 to invest in and run a hotel and zip-line adventure business with his brother. After successfully exiting that venture in 2015, he transitioned his deep local knowledge into a career in real estate, joining Pura Vida Rentals & Management in 2017 before launching the sales division as Pacific Dreams Realty in 2025. Chris holds dual citizenship in Costa Rica and the USA.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Chris navigates the local market with ease, ensuring that negotiations and contracts are clear and transparent for his international clients. He is a recognized professional in the industry, holding active memberships in the Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces (CCCBR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as an International Realtor.
