• Conduct sourcing of potential lessee; negotiate with prospective tenants
• Market the available space
• Preparing lease offers / Award Notice / Contracts & other documents needed by the tenants
• Coordinates with the Engineering team for other technical concerns
• Conducting Tenant Relation all times
• Ensure the good tenant mix
• Ensure the improvement and increase of occupancy rate
• Prepare weekly reports / updates
