Working with Casaiberia has been an excellent experience. I work with Elza long time ago and now again. Their team is professional, reliable, and always communicates clearly. As a property owner, I feel confident and well supported. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have just had the most amazing experience with both Elza & Jenny. Not only did they listen to my parameters, they actually produced things that we liked. They are both lovely, humorous, and speak English very well, which is important if you don't speak Portuguese. Not only did we talk about real estate, but also about locations that would suit our personalities. We really hadn't felt the vibe we were looking for until the 2nd day. When Elza and Jenny took us to a small town for lunch in an Italian restaurant. The vibe was everything we were looking for, and of course we fell in love with it. Which was a good thing, bc they then took us to one final villa, which Elza assured me we would love, and she was right. We drove up to the property, parked near the front door, and as I saw that alone, I knew I was in trouble. And things only got better from there. Suffice it to say, we bought the place! even tho, theoretically we were only supposed to be "looking" with intent to purchase the following year. Elza seemed to have a great relationship with the seller as well, which speaks highly of her character. I have no hesitation in recommending either Elza or Jenny. Not only may you find the home of your dreams, but you will have fun doing it.

It was a great experience and pleasure to work with Casaiberia. The whole process of choosing the right villa, in the right place within a given budget took us almost 1,5 year which was a few whole day trips around Algarve. During that time Elza showed us not only the properties, but also the nice places. She was always helpful when we needed help with organizing some meetings with lawyer, bank, Financial Department to get a fiscal number – always on time, always smooth.
She perfectly recognized our expectations and tried to meet them with what’s available on the market within a given budget which was not an easy mission. But one sunny day she called me and said, I have something for you but you must come quickly. A week later I was signing a promissory contract for a very nice villa in Lagos. The whole buying process went smoothly and I’m the proud owner of the property in Portugal.
So in this way I would like to thank Elza for the professionalism, her patience and indulgence, for giving ourselves time to make decision with no push from her side.

Absolutely superb service from Romaine and Sandrine. They were totally professional throughout every stage of the transaction from start to finish, kept us fully informed and were a pleasure to deal with. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
