The positive impression of this lovingly maintained house in Bachenbülach begins even before you arrive. Situated on the edge of the building zone, it enjoys an unobstructed view over the fields. To the right of the entrance is the guest WC, and to the left, the kitchen. It is original in character but well maintained and fully functional. Should you wish to renovate and install a new kitchen, we recommend doing so before moving in — and we are happy to assist you with our network of contacts.
We now enter the open-plan living and dining area. The many windows flood the room with natural light. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which opens onto a south-facing outdoor seating area. Here you will also find the garden shed, offering ample space for garden tools and bicycles, as well as a separate cellar entrance.
At the front of the living area, a door leads to the semi-covered west-facing terrace. From here, you can enjoy the view over the fields all the way to the sunset. There is plenty of space to play with your children on the adjacent lawn, or to relax with friends over a barbecue and a good glass of wine.
